Ramón has +17 years of top-level professional experience in Financial Management, M&A, Due Diligence, Business Valuations, Post-Merger Integrations and Fundraising. He began his career at PwC where he worked for 8 years and later transitioned to the startup world, which is his passion. He has been CFO, Interim CFO and Advisor for NextChance Invest as well as for successful startups such as La Nevera Roja (Exits with Rocket Internet for 80M and Just Eat for 125M), Bipi (Rounds with Kibo Venutes for 6.5M Eur and TA Ventures for 16.5M Eur), Lolamarket, Global Alumni, Mashme and Motoreto, among others. He is Co-Founder of FinMusic and mentor of startups in Lanzadera, The Founder Institute, StartUp Labs and CoreAngels among other accelerators. Ramón founded Diligo in January 2019 and is the CEO of the company.

Javier Cuñat
COO
Javier has +16 years of experience in Strategic and Management Consulting having worked in Spain, France, Mexico and China, where he lived for 12 years. That´s where he developed from scratch the Strategy and Procurement practice at TBA, a boutique Advisory founded by ex-BCGs/Mckinseys that ended up joining Grupo Imperial. He specialized in the development of market entry, growth and supply chain management strategies. In Mexico he transitioned to Financial Advisory for startups where he has been Financial Director and Advisor for startups in the e-Commerce, Fintech and SaaS sector. He is also a mentor at The Founder Institute. Javier is INSEAD EMBA, CPSM certified and has published two books in Entrepreneurship and Strategy. He speaks English, French, Chinese and Spanish. He is currently COO for Diligo.
David fernandez
CTO
David has +15 years of experience in technological project management at Coritel, the Accenture Group company specialized in application development and maintenance services. David is an expert in Business Intelligence and Big Data, including SAP BW, SAP HANA, Tableau, ABAP, SAP Netweaver, BI/BW, Microsoft SQL Server DataBase Developer / Business Intelligence, among others. His great passion is transforming data into business value, including the management of fundamental data, transforming data into fundamental information through applications, defining and visualizing critical business parameters and their evolution, and optimizing the business decision making process. David is CTO for Diligo.
Ignacio Omenaca
Tax & Legal Director
Ignacio has over 20 years of experience in tax advice and planning for domestic and foreign companies. His career includes Big4 firms such as KPMG and E&Y as a Lawyer in the Tax Department. His main focus has been in the areas of Business Law and Public Law, with special dedication to Financial-Tax, Commercial and Administrative Law. Ignacio advises on tax planning of assets, assistance and representation in relations with the Administration, advice on Corporate and Commercial Law, advice and legal defense of Public Administrations, Financial Institutions and Corporations. Ignacio is Director of the Legal and Tax area for Diligo.
Manuel Gasset
Strategy Director
Manolo has +15 years of professional experience in the development, management, operations and strategic advice to startups. He began his career in investment banking at BBVA - New York to later transition to the startup world in Spain. He co-founded MGM e Partners, a consulting firm focused on digital strategy, transformation, e-commerce and marketing strategies; and Venture Builder at NextChance Invest, where he was directly involved in managing the growth of startups Billionhands, Adgoclick, TheMotion and Buyviu, among others. He has also been CEO at eShop Ventures, a group of companies specialized in e-Commerce flash sales verticals. Manolo is Chief Strategy Officer for Diligo.
Fernando De La Sotilla
Compliance Director
Fernando has +17 years of experience as a financial advisor in the field of financial consulting and auditing. He has worked at PwC and E&Y for 14 years in the Assurance & Advisory Business Services and Consulting divisions mainly in the Consumer and Industrial Products sector. In 2019 he transitioned to the startup world specializing in Financial Management services (reporting, cash and working capital management, and budgeting and business plan preparation), Transformation Services (cost and profitability management, financial planning, management and analytics) Transactional and Accounting Advisory (PGC, IFRS, US GAAP, SoX), Internal Audit, and Recruiting and Selection Services for finance and accounting positions. He is CPA, EMBA by the Instituto de Empresa and Compliance Director at Diligo.
